Mike had an interview in California. that evening when he was on his way home I went to relief society. When I came home this is what the girls had done for him to see when he walked in the door... (sorry I couldn't turn the pictures)
The next day they called and offered him the job while the kids were at school. He thought it would be fun to just change the sign and see if they noticed. Here is what we changed it too...

They noticed...After just a few weeks shy of 2 years we are happy that Mike now has a job!!!
