Harrisen's Birthday Big # 5 Party time!

Harrisen got to have his first friend birthday party he was sooo excited! His birthday was on a Sunday and we had a crazy weekend so we had the party on Thursday instead.

We opted for an outside " swimming party".
We had some in the pool... Just splashing around.... or relaxing... some playing with the "rocket" sprinkler... it didn't take long before they ditched the rocket part and just started squirting everyone (some kids did not like that idea) eventually the rocket got turned off. There was a water slide... or a hose hooked to the slide with a pool mat at the bottom to make them slide farther. (A big hit anytime we do it) After playing for a while we got ready for the opening of presents...

He LOVED them all but the biggest hits of the day were ones that sounded like bodily functions...such a boy thing. (He thought it was hilarious to put the whoopee cushion in daddy's chair at the computer....every time he stood up! We were laughing all night)

Then we had a PINATA

Which was a "hit"

... until the bottom fell off without breaking open...

I just picked it up and started dumping.

Then the dash for goodies came...

Everyone had a great time. Especially Harrisen. He couldn't wait to play with all his fun toys. He had a blast playing tricks on his family. and playing with all the fun things he got.

At bedtime... he and dad had some fun with his new "Mac"
All in all it was a good day....can't wait till his real birthday in a few days.
