Madison's class assignment

In Madison's class at school they are talking about Family Time. They were each assigned a day that they were to talk about their family. We were supposed to e-mail pictures in so they could show them to the class but I am having photo shop issues and couldn't re size them to send them all so I sent a link to our blog and did this post so they could look at the pictures Madison picked out to show them.

We went to four corners. That is the only place in the U.S. where 4 states (Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado) touch each other at the same point. Here they all are standing in all four states at one time.

Hare is Madison looking out over the scenic view on our vacation to Mesa Verde.

Here the kids are standing right next to some petroglyphs. if you look real close at the rock to the right of them you can see some designs that are carved into the rock by the ancient Indians.

This is a picture of all of our feet next to a real dinosaur foot print. Pretty cool huh!

We like to help each other with the chores.

Here is Madison and Harrisen doing the dishes for Mom. Some of the things we like to do as a family are:
*Go on vacation together,

*Play games,

*Spend time with our cousins (Madison has over 70 cousins and all but 7 of them live between here and Provo),

*Go sledding in the street behind our truck at night,

*Sledding in the mountains (also at night),

*Camping,

*Playing the Wii together,

*Making large batches of cookies and everyone mixing it with their hands.

*Eating dinner as a family, and

*Cuddling up together to watch a movie.
