September birthday bash / karaoke party

I have a large family! Growing up with 11 children in the family was pretty big but now that we are all married and have children of our own it's huge! With nearly 50 grand kids on our side ( not to mention all the adults it takes to take care of that many kids) going to every one's party on their birthday is a difficult task at best. To resolve this my mom decided that every month, but only once a month, we would get together and celebrate all the birthdays for that month. We call it the birthday bash. We get together for dinner, and a treat but usually we just have a lot of fun playing together. Last month it happened to hit on Harrisen's birthday and we went bowling which was a lot of fun. This month we went to my brothers house and while some played and had fun with the Foosball table
Most of us partied it up with the karaoke.

The girls especially loved singing and dancing to Hanna Montanna.

And Spencer was a great back-up singer for all of them

The little ones wanted to sing but couldn't read the words and needed a little help from the older girls.

We had a mother daughter duet

and a few songs for the grown-ups to sing

I had to show Harrisen what to do at first

But as you can see he really got into it in the end.

I really wanted to get more video of all this but the one video I got was the only song had a light enough background to put enough light on their faces for you to be able to see them so we settled for a bunch of pictures instead.

Everyone had a great time and nobody wanted to come home when it was time. Thanks Uncle Myron and aunt Rachel for the great memories.
