I was so excited about how well everything looked I had to take some pictures so my parents could see how well everything looked. We have peas that are doing great on the far right by the fence, carrots, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, potatoes, Beans, three different kinds of squash, tomatoes, peppers watermelon and even some raspberry starts that I just planted(hopefully they survive the 90* weather that we are supposed to have tomorrow).
Notice all the weeds we have?? HA HA HA That's just for show. I waited to take the pictures till after I spent the day weeding, and planting the tomato and squash plants. there were plenty of weeds this morning.
So far this is the best our garden has ever looked. in years past the bugs eat the seeds before they come up or right soon after and they don't stand a chance. But this year things are looking up for us. Hopefully we'll get enough to at least make our kids excited about a garden in the future.

I love having a garden. I love that we spend half of our family nights in the summer outside working together as a family. It is even more fun to watch my kids enjoy eating the variety of foods that they have grown and raised.
You have very pretty dirt.
It looks wonderful! I am so glad it is you and not me.
Congratulations on your garden. It really does look great. Hopefully it continues to do well.
